Absolute JOKE !, service on the phone was shocking, after waiting half an hour they told me my taxi was just a few minutes away however 35 minutes later I was still waiting, then when i phoned back the third time after waiting another 10 minutes I asked where the driver was and I could hear the rest of the staff as they were talking about my request to know where the driver was and told the person on the phone to tell me it will be there when it’s there. They also said to me that they are not the driver and they can not be blamed but after telling me lies about where my driver was so that i did not cancel was I total waste of my time, when I could have phoned a company that was going to give a good service. Waited 50 minutes and still had to pay full price. Fair to say that they need to sort the staff that are on the phones. Absolutely shocking.

Waiting time during the late hours are despicable 1 taxi to do 2 companies. And waiting times should only apply after 4 minutes and its overpriced its all available to see on yhe freedom of information act always Google your route and prices when using such apps especially in Hamilton Glasgow no change!!!!!!!!what's the

We are not from this area but the service was recommended to us. Our taxi arrived quickly and the driver was friendly and helpful. We arrived safely at our destination and the fare was reasonable. If we are ever back in the area we will use the service again.

ridiculous and very rude operators. I called yesterday from Glasgow central to go to East Kilbride and was told by the operator they don't do that and I would be better to phone an East Kilbride taxi company she was so rude on the phone when I asked her if she could recommend a Glasgow company she hung up on me . I am a disabled woman and was travelling alone. i will definitely not be recommend this company.

The woman on the phone "Dianna" was nothing but rude and messed up my destination so the driver dropped me to the wrong place. Once I tried to explain to the driver that this wasn't where I wanted to go he called back and "Dianna" she wasn't anymore helpful inisisting we said a place in the complete opposite direction. Still needing to get where I'm going we made it there eventually but I was late for college and still had to pay full price for being driven to the wrong location and then to my college. Personally wouldn't go for service again

I would love to leave 0 but you can’t. Won’t tell you a time and then pretend their drivers have been. Waited 45 mins after being told wouldn’t be long. Then got asked to wait another 15 because the driver marked the job as done- no apologies. Rude drivers and poor customer service

We didn’t receive a good service last night. Waited over an hour. Better just to tell customers if there isn’t a taxi nearby so they can use another company.

Called for a taxi told 5-10 minutes. I waited roughly 18 minutes then called back to be told my taxi was on its way and is in Hamilton. I was in coatbridge. Raging is an under statement. If you don't have a car nearby just be honest n tell people to go elsewhere.
