A big thank you to your driver Callum on the Liverpool/Southport/Chester city break Mon 4/10 - Thurs 7/10. Fantastic person. He looked after us all on a great tour. Our hotel destination had changed to Southport from Liverpool but Callum made sure we all got to our tour destinations with plenty of time to explore and shop. Always considerate of the passengers request. Made sure that we were all included throughout. Extremely pleasant and funny and an excellent driver as our homeward trip included the Lake District scenic and very narrow roads. A credit to your company. Great experience with the company once again booked the company for a trip down to Manchester for the day and wasn’t disappointed our driver Gary auld went above and beyond for everyone today he arrived early to pick us up in morning and left 10 mins early with all passengers on board we arrived in great time in Manchester and had a great day at pick up point Gary arrived early and waited for everyone to he come back on board the bus 3 boys got lost and Gary drove round to get them to make sure they got home safe and once everyone was on bus we headed back to Scotland and Gary made sure everyone got home safe and sound back to Glasgow

On a busy Saturday night, one of your coach drivers thought it ok to use the tram line at a section which is not for use for vehicles, to cut in front of traffic waiting at the lights & then throw a hissy fit at another bus driver for daring to try to get in to serve a bus stop. Your driver refused to move & caused a tailback of traffic in the already heavily congested centre of Edinburgh, shouting & swearing at the other driver. What an embarrassment she is to your company! If this is your standard of professional drivers I will certainly never use this company nor recommend them to anyone!!

The man I spoke to in Lost Property this afternoon was outstandingly helpful and arranged for my treasured flask to be delivered to Glasgow Royal Concert Hall stage door for me to pick up this evening, having left it in one of their coaches late last night. Brilliant customer relations at all times - drivers and this man in Lost Property. Deserve 5*

Pass on a big thanks to your Driver Phillip Martin! He looked after us all on a great tour of the Orkneys! Our Ferry was cancelled on our return and he was calm and well organized and had soon organized accommodation food and an alternative extra day on the Island! l observed him being patient considerate and caring for a number of the older passengers on the trip. Alway pleasant and funny an excellent driver I sat immediately behind him and felt relaxed and safe throughout the journey. A credit to your company, Regards Ian White a very happy Welshman 👏👏👍👍😁😁
