08.06.2024 Came for a party. Was really hot inside! Staff were very attentive. 1 hour bouncing and 1 hour eating. Slushies were £5.99 with free refills.
Food came out hot and fresh. Would recommend as is a good place to burn off some energy.
Free parking if parked at Riverside car park, can validate your own ticket at the counter.

Awful experience. Turned up and place was like an oven. Every drinks machine was out of order. Went to bar to get drinks and was told to come back in 15 minutes because of issues. Kids were roasting so quickly left to get water from another shop. On return, manager (I presume) gave me massive lecture how to look after kids, judging me, kids were literally sat scared because of her, told me I'm gonna get reported (to who exactly wasnt explained). All I wanted to do was let my kids jump around for an hour and grab a coffee and soft drinks on a Sunday morning!! As soon as I reacted.... and a general manager call was made.... suddenly the kids were given a free 30 min extra time and a half attempt apology (admittance of failing?) The problem here is it's hot inside. No temperature monitoring or control, the manager has no people skills, and if the drinks machines are not working, get some ice and jugs or water to give to kids. Rude and untrained locally, no doubt big dogs who could fix the machines and temperature dont want to spend the £££.

Excellent place to wear the kids out, everyone loves bouncing. If bouncing isn't your thing there are several climbing walls to keep them amused. Cafe/coffee shop for those adults that don't fancy feeling old the next day.

We hosted my sons birthday party there and had such a lovely time. The children had so much fun! The workers were all kind and helpful. We had a good first time experience.

Came here on the 24th October, men at the tills are fab I can’t fault them. Especially the lovely man with the ginger hair who I think may be a manager. He’s super kid friendly and always bubbly. Puts a smile on my son’s face every time. However unfortunately the blonde lady perhaps 20’s who was on the trampolines herself was so unmotivated almost as if she couldn’t be bothered doing her job not kid friendly, my son didn’t seem as excited because of her moodiness. Please don’t work with children if you aren’t motives to do so. Constantly yawning and had a face like a slapped arse. Such a shame.

Nice, clean place with helpful staff. The only downside is a horrible online booking system that often leaves me stunned and scratching my head. It would be much more helpful to be able to open an account to manage bookings and waivers, rather than being sent million booking codes, most of them for expired waivers. Recently, somehow six participants managed to register into a five-person booking, and I still had to register two of them on site. In this time and day, this is hard to understand.
