I have used Tour Companies before but none match the attention to detail and thoroughness that Mike from Making Tracks brings to your Holiday. Communication has been first class, pre, during and even after the Tour. Each Hotel was a carefully chosen to accommodate us nicely along with meticulously well chosen scenic roads perfect for that fine balance of enjoyable driving and stunning views, This driving tour exceeded my expectations and I can’t imagine using another Company.

I had no idea how the planned days were going to be, but after the second planned days of Driving through fantastic scenery & the days being planned Meticulously down to the Finest detail, meeting like minded people from all walks of life, it was an obvious Choice I had

Exceptional organisation and contact from start to finish, which I feel makes the difference, the roads and scenery are going to be there either way but it's Mike that gets you there with ease and takes all the hassle and organisation away from you, leaving you to enjoy your holiday!
Ultimate Alps 24 was a last minute booking for myself and it was seamless throughout, all I had to do was turn up and drive, which is what we all want to do, as simple as that!
From the channel tunnel, the roads, the food, the fuel, the hotels, the scenery and attractions back to the channel tunnel again, everything was planned and mapped out with a full tour guide book, which allowed me to either stick with the group or venture off solo, knowing I had a route back to the hotel at the end of the day already in place for me.
The attention to detail is always key and Mike has nailed it, whilst also retaining a friendly, laid back and approachable manner, happy to answer any questions, solve all problems and have a laugh along the way, keeping everyone going on those early mornings after a late night!

Thanks again Mike for an amazing trip and look forward to seeing you on the next one!

Mike and crew go to the extreme in planning the trips and making sure you have the best experience possible. Everything was to quality and we were so impressed that we are booking our next trip this week and are looking forward to many more over .

Just returned from my second trip with Mike. Once again I was blown away with the professionalism, organisation and all round experience.
Was fortunate to meet a lot of new people (and seeing some familiar faces too !) while enjoying some of the best adventurous roads Scotland had to offer.
I can't recommend Making Tracks enough !!!
Already booked my 3rd trip and will have many more

Had an absolute blast in Wales! This was our first arranged group road trip and wasn't quite sure what to expect to be honest. Well it was outstanding! Firstly it was excellent value for money. From the outset, information and communication was excellent from Mike. We were provided with a comprehensive booklet detailing our trip beforehand. Wales was fantastic and what better way to see it than on a well planned driving tour. There was no need to organise anything as it was all meticulously arranged for you - where to stop for lunch and fuel, photo opportunities and high quality accommodation. Such a stress free adventure.
Mike is such a nice guy who was considerate with everyone. He is passionate about what he does and it shows in how well he runs his road trips. We joined a great group of people with a mix of cars and all enjoyed socialising after a great day driving through wonderful scenery and excellent routes. We came away with fabulous memories and even received a commemorative gift. We will definitely be booking another trip with Mike soon.

We have just got back from our first road trip with Mike and Making Tracks as a couple of which was a bucket list trip over the Pyrenees and it did not disappoint even though we had car issues at the start no fault of Making Tracks. However Mike was accommodating and kept us up to speed with everything allowing us to catch up and re group and join the tour . And what a tour it was meeting new friends sharing great drives and making memories.

Went on the Ultimate Alps trip in September, had the best time, Mike was on point the whole trip to smooth out any issues we had all the way through. Thoroughly recommend booking a road trip with Making Tracks, it takes all the worry away from finding routes, hotels etc.. Made friends for life with likeminded people and drove on some of the best roads in Europe. Don’t delay book today, you won’t regret it….
