Today we had a boat tour with Andy & it was such an amazing experience! Not only is it a fantastic way to take in the breathtaking scenery, but it was made all the better by Andy’s wealth of knowledge about the area. We felt very safe & were able to just really relax & enjoy our time on the water. We will definitely be heading back to try out all the other activities that are on offer.

I was lucky enough to join a great group of people on a kayaking, wild dining and foraging trip with Rory. We had a fun, guided kayaking tour on Strangford Lough out to an island where we enjoyed an informative talk on foraging followed by a fantastic wild feast cooked over an open fire. Professional, safe and very enjoyable. Thanks Rory and team, hope to get out with you again soon.

I did a 2 hour boat tour of Strangford Lough last Friday, and it was a wonderful experience. Peter is super knowledgeable and did an amazing job both pointing out lots of interesting things, and keeping us all very safe and comfortable. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

Our son had so much fun on the summer scheme this July. A week full of paddle boarding, kayaking, Wall climbing, laser tag, marshmallow toasting on fires on an island. No wonder he slept so well every night. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks to all the staff for a fabulous experience.

We booked an eco tour around Strangford Lough and had an absolute blast! Andy and Sam were fantastic guides — knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do.

We enjoyed the tour so much, it actually inspired us to buy a kayak — and now we’re out paddling regularly!

Highly recommend this experience and the brilliant team at SLAC.

My grandson aged 10 attended the summer scheme. He doesn't live locally and so knows no one and was fairly nervous. The staff were wonderfully reassuring and he had a total ball! The activities were fab and he made new friends. Will be returning next year. Well done to all the team ..very worthwhile for the kids.

We had a great time Kayaking with Rory. He’s an awesome instructor - really informative and relaxed. He provided everything we needed including wetsuits. We had a lovely evening paddling around some of the small islands of the Lough ☺️

Fantastic rib ride of Strangford Lough on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Andy was a brilliant guide, with superb knowledge of the area, he was very accommodating when we were booking. Our two sons (6 & 4) loved going fast on the boat and spotting the local wildlife. Highly recommend and we’ve already decided to come back for another tour of the area.
