I bought two Spirit Island expansions from Zatu. They took a long time to arrived, and arrived damaged (see pictures). They initially agreed via email that I would return the items and offer a full refund. I have returned the items, and, one month later, not been given a refund. I have emailed asking them and heard nothing in response. I would advise people to avoid this company — they have essentially scammed me out of £70.

EDIT as I cannot reply to the reply below — I have emailed your support team as per the original text of this review and you have been ignoring me for over a month. Please don't attempt damage control.

Don't bother. They list items on the website and you order them. You get an email back with an expected delivery date. All quite normal. That date passes so you ring them. They don't answer. You fill in a contact form only to be told the item coming from another location. You wait and wait and keep chasing. But nothing arrives after 4 weeks. So you cancel the order and wish you'd not bothered

My 3 star review is based on the fact that the product in question was ship poorly. The packaging came heavily damaged. Unfortunately some of the figures packaging also got damaged. The postal service also clarified to me that was how it arrive at the postal office.

They would have gotten 5 stars if they put a note sturdy material inside of the box, so it doesn't get damaged.

As for the shipping speed I am satisfied

This is only a review for the physical shop and NOT the online business which is different. Its a very small shop, and not immediately clear how to get to the shop - i ended up walking to the corporate building entrance and had to go somewhere else to get in. Theres not much on offer compared to most game shops if you want a good, comprehensive choice of products (the website has far more options to buy). Prices overall are decent though, particularly for GW products compared to a GW store.

Very good value for money for the game I ordered, quite cheap compared to other companies. The item turned up very fast) less than 24 hours.) Zatu dispatched the item the night I ordered it and turned up the following afternoon. I paid slightly extra for 48 delivery and was pleasantly surprised when it turned up less than 24 hours later!

Was apprehensive at first, but read up on the company and they seemed very good. I ordered Heroquest game system, it came very quickly in good packaging. Very pleased with the experience overall.
