Disgrace isn’t even the word!! I booked a taxi for work an hour in advance! Was standing outside waiting and no show so I rang to see I’ve been blocked ! I left a review on facebook straight after and was then blocked from it also! Never seen the likes of it

Didn't bother turning up and when rang back a half hour late, after we were trying to be patient, they blamed us cause taxi man couldn't find our house. Our house is on a main road with our house number on the gate post. Terribly arrogant call handler, would not recommend.

Polite, courteous and very honest lady driver. I left my purse in the car and it was kept safe for me until the next day ! An excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

would not even rate it one star because of how bad it was, me and my friends were stranded in eniskillen after ordering a taxi before hand earlier on in the day we rung them off different peoples phones and as soon as we said the name booked under the taxi they hung up on us and done this multiple times would not recommend this taxi service unless you want to be stranded.

I rang for a taxi for straight away and was told that it was on its way, i waited for 45 minuets before i rang back. i was told that the taxi had came and i missed it even though i was sitting looking out my front window, i complained that i was deafeningly waiting for it and was then hung up on.
dont use this service poorly run and the guy that hung up on me is a cheeky b*****d

Rang to book a taxi, asked if they covered Lisnaskea area to which he said yes I then asked to go from watermill Lodge restaurant to Lidl and his response was rude and unprofessional asking me if I wanted a helicopter instead. He must have seen that as humour I saw it as inappropriate behaviour. Would not recommend

Disrespectful and shameless ‼️
My girlfriend called them an hour before she leaves the house for work and no taxi showed up, rang them again and again but no answer until they decided to block her 😤

Very poor service. Ordered a taxi, they reported it turned up and then left. No effort to try and contact me. When I questioned its arrival it was reported that they are too busy to get in contact. Poor quality of service.
