Arrived here Friday evening in the 3 bed property. The place was immaculate and beautifully furnished to a high standard with everything and more that you need for a home from home holiday. Lots of restrictions relating to the dogs in the property but manageable. The village has everything you need at hand, 2 pubs, Cantonese takeaway, kabab and burger house and a co-op. A 15 minute journey to Skegness and all local supermarkets.

Had a fabulous staycation in the beautiful Royal Oak Cottages Wainfleet Skegness. These really are furnished to the highest standards, with nothing skimped on, the comfiest beds, linen/towels and toiletries and a very well stocked welcome pack (T. Bags, coffee, milk, fresh orange juice etc etc, all supplied. We hired yet again top quality mountain bikes (provided by the facility) and toured around the local area, stopping off at numerous Inns for a 🍻 … The (warm water Doggy Wash was ideal for rinsing the cycles off too. The train station is only a five minute walk and just a ten minute ride into Skegness.. well definitely be back in the warmer months…
Couldn’t fault this facility at all.

This is a great place to stay it has wifi hot tub lovely kitchen a dinning room lovely bathroom what more do you need all I can say is book quick and enjoy you stay
