Highly Recommend the guys over at Eurocruiser, had our Eurocruiser 965 just over 6 months now and all i can say is what a dream it is, the guys have been more than helpful through all the stages of us buying the 5th wheel and the ford ranger, helping us with towing advice, and little hints and tips for day to day use. They have been more than helpful with any questions i have had and we even have a group chat where i have direct contact with the sales and workshop teams and they are very responsive with all my questions, we highly recommend them to anyone that we know and even people on the campsites we go on who often want a tour,

Our experience has been extremely disappointing. We have over 10+issues with our 5th wheel. One of the worst was finding water ingress after 2 weeks of purchase. It has been back twice now for it to be rectified, but there are still issues. Poor workmanship, leaving us with a slap dash and ugly repairs to parts of our 5th wheel has caused us to have zero confidence.

Took our Rockwood to the guys over at STT/Eurocruiser for a service and would definitely recommend them over any other dealers in the UK, they not only serviced our fifthwheel but went above and beyond to make sure we was aware or any issues, gave us advice for loading our fifthwheel, answered all our questions and even cleaned out our waste tanks, Highly Recommend talking to them about anything
