Excellent service. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is ever a problem. We tend to book nearly all of our holidays there as they can get great discounts matching the Internet. They save you the agro with some of the chores you have to do re passport information as they do it for you at the correct times. Get your tickets, boarding passes printed out for you. Let you know when tickets etc have arrived and when you need to collect them by. We have had travel money from them and as you are travelling with them you get a better rate.
The main thing is when something goes wrong on your holiday they are there to help you. You also have more clout with travel companies, airlines if you have booked with them and they forward your complaint email for you.
They also have ideas of places to go that you wouldn't think of and are quicker than you trolling the Internet. We would highly recommend them and definitely will be using them again.

Avoid avoid avoid.
What a nasty manageress. I ended up having a blazing argument with her for being rude and dismissive of some serious holiday concerns. The inability to listen and let her customers speak is the biggest frustration.
Holiday accommodation was as bad as we feared. No apology or compensation.
I'll never use Co-op Travel again.

Wouldn't reccomend.
1. Found the price cheaper myself using their own website (what are they paid for ahy)
2. Only contacted me for payment not any information about holiday details (it was one with alot of trips) or any information on tickets or times.
3. For some reason they like to print everything out instead of emailing you tickets. So annoying when you are on holiday with a mass of paper an everyone else has a bar code on a phone.
4. They do nothing extra. Didn't explain any of the trip ticket information. (Or even let us know they were ready to collect)
5. Just very old school, reccomend things like checking in at airports instead of online an not using bank cards abroad.

Over all would of been alot better if I'd of booked it all myself if you need a travel agents try one of the other ones instead.

Absolutely dreadful service.. even if your dates are messed up on their behalf they will not help you... don't make a compliant there is no point, nothing will be resolved...double check your transfers and your hotel booking.. as I go provided is it always correct...
I would never recommend this service and I have and do travel a lot...
they even send other peoples letters to your address clearly no protection on your ID

lovley manager, very helpfull, she went above and beond to get us the right holiday and make sure its good for our family .. she is even helpful for tips about the plane as my son has autisum x 10/10 🙂 i would deffo recomend them
