In January I applied for a warehouse picking job in Tamworth on the Friday and by the following Tuesday I was in working. After 5 months of warehouse I found a permanent role within the company. I’d like to thank the whole team at The Best Connection Tamworth for everything. Pay was always correct, understand when it came to private affairs/time off and overall easy to deal with.
Would recommend for anyone looking to get into quick full time work.

I rang an agency in Tamworth about driving jobs and was asked did I have a hiab license when I said no they didn't want to know.. So when I rang Best Connection I had reservations. They directed me to the online application which I then completed. I received a phone call from Dan and he discussed my options for driving. Within minutes he had found me a job. He sent me a detailed contract of hours and hourly wage. I only had the privilege of working for them for a month and I enjoyed my time there..

10/10 I done some work for this agency just before Christmas, they managed to get me back into my old job, Charlotte and Rich are very easy to deal with, pay was always correct. Had no problems booking holidays at all and they even payed me all my holiday pay early before Christmas. Also they managed to keep me on the agency for a bit longer so it didn't mess my money up in January. Could not recommend enough. Thanks guys.

The Best Connection's Tamworth branch…

Unfortunately, my experience was characterized by a lack of professionalism and efficiency. Communication was inadequate, with delayed response times and unclear job placement details. The management appeared disorganized and slow in addressing concerns.

It is important to note that this issue seems to be isolated to the Tamworth branch. My previous experience with the Wolverhampton branch was exceptional; the team there was highly competent and professional, making the stark contrast in service quality all the more disappointing.

Moreover, I encountered issues with holiday pay calculations. Both I and another individual at one of the placements were initially informed that our holiday entitlement was less than we had actually accrued. It was only after the employer intervened and contacted the agency that the additional days were correctly added to our holiday totals.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend The Best Connection's Tamworth branch as a reliable agency.

For those seeking employment, I would advise considering The People's Solutions, as they have demonstrated a higher standard of service in my experience.
