My husband & I had our wedding here last weekend and it was without a doubt the best day of our entire lives!
Nicola & her team were absolutely fantastic, they went above and beyond to give us the best day possible.
We had so many compliments from our guests about how lovely and friendly all the staff were, how beautiful the venue was & how delicious the food was!
Everything was absolute perfect from start to finish and we cannot thank them enough!
We will definitely be coming back for future events and already planning to return for our 1st anniversary!🥰

We had our wedding here in May 2025, after our previous venue closed down. Nicola and her team were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Nicola had a very calming influence when we were leading up to the wedding and i was a bit frazzled. We had the perfect weather to have our wedding outside in the courtyard which was wonderful. The marquee for the wedding breakfast looked beautiful. The rooms everyone stayed in were nice and comfortable. We had the perfect day! If anybody is looking for a wedding venue in the West Midlands area, i honestly couldnt recommend this venue enough. Thank you Nicola and your team for giving us the best day ever.

We had my cousins wedding here over the weekend, stunning location and staff were great! They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
Nicola was wonderful she never stopped and ensure the day was perfect. Nothing was a problem for her.. Dani and Evie service was super! You went above and beyond to ensure the total experience was reached. Thank you for a great day and night!

Went to a lovely wedding at this venue over the weekend. There were many great things about the hotel, but also some things and situations that detered from the overall experience.

Most of the older staff was very welcoming and accommodating, however some of the younger staff were a bit unprofessional at times, especially the use of the photo booth. Pictures of them were amongst the wedding photos which were unpleasant to see.

The weather was very hot, so not at all a usual situation, but the white tent for the reception meal was quite uncomfortable with no air circulation or fans.

The rooms were good, but quite outdated with broken furniture and fixtures. However they were clean and comfortable.

Overall, it was a good experience and an absolutely lovely location. The venue has a lot of promise!

Unfortunately one of the worst places I have stayed in. Good location and safe parking but that's the best bits. Whole place is very tired and lacking maintenance. The mattress was shocking. I've seen better ones dumped down country lanes!! Also let down in the restaurant. Many drinks out of stock. Food was tasteless and of poor quality. Plenty of room for improvement in many areas. Definitely crossed of the list. I don't like leaving negative reviews but hopefully things will improve with honest feedback.

Visited here for afternoon tea. No one on reception so phoned the number on the desk. Shown to our table (we were the only people there) & afternoon tea came quickly however the staff disappeared. Our glass of bubbles never appeared and as there was no staff I had to phone the reception number again. A waitress was sent with 1 glass of warm bubbles. I pointed out our offer was 1 each so had to wait again for the 2nd one. The sandwiches were lovely but the scones /cakes were a huge disappointment. Small slices of long life cakes, the sort you buy from B&m etc. scones were dry & crumbly. I have had many afternoons teas & can honestly say this was the worst experience of them all. The hotel looked fabulous from the outside but the inside was tired & shabby.

We got married here a week ago and it was the most perfect day we could have wished for. Firstly upon arrival we had the interconnecting room for the night before with the bridesmaids which was beautiful and extremely handy when getting ready on the day of the wedding. The wedding day from start to finish was so smooth and everything had been handled perfectly. From the ceremony to the food to the evening reception it was an absolute breeze. Nicola the wedding planner/event organiser is such a wonderful person truly. She helped to make sure that within the 2 years of planning and down to the day that it was everything we wanted and she worked so hard to pull it off! The food was beautiful & the service was excellent. The staff are so helpful, Evie & Danielle couldn't have done more for us. The location itself is full of beauty. The gardens surrounding and the courtyard had the most wonderful flowers in bloom and we managed to be able to get married outside in the courtyard amongst the stunning scenery. There are fantastic photographic opportunities at this venue with a canal a short walk away, a beautiful water feature upon entrance and the historic beauty which of course is the hotel itself. This venue is perfect for those countryside weddings with the picturesque English surroundings & the feel of old England. Venues like Brook Marston Farm Hotel are timeless not dated. It is true beauty from entrance to exit & we couldn't have made it anymore beautiful ❤️

We had our wedding here on 07/06. Everything was perfect. We arrived the day before and were so well looked after by all of the staff on duty. The whole team prepared for our special day so meticulously and perfectly the images in our heads were exactly what was delivered. Communication from the hotel has been exceptional and responses to our requests have been phenomenal. Nicola, the manager, has been amazing throughout the whole process and we genuinely felt like we were her only care in the world from our first meeting right through to departing the day after the wedding. On the day the whole team kept nerves down and devoted everything to ensuring our day was perfect. Stuart the DJ was brilliant, our chosen genres were stuck to and his master of ceremonies role was seamless and brilliant. The rooms we stayed in were comfortable, clean and maintained, we even returned to our room at the end of the wedding day to find it cleaned and tidied for us. These small details made all the difference for us. We cannot thank the whole team at Brook Marston Farm Hotel enough, and we cannot wait to come and stop again. Thank you all so much for everything you made our day perfect.
