Bus driver traveling through Swanland at 09:25 on 9/07/25 who blatantly ignored the right of way to oncoming traffic , offered no apology then wound his window down and said I should have waited as he couldn’t see me …… well if he couldn’t see me how was I supposed to see him !! Then had the audacity to call me “ a typical burl in a Merc “ when he was completely in the wrong !! A disgrace to your company and not a driver I’d want representing mine !! If you have dash cam or driver recording then please take a look and judge for yourself then feel free to contact me back !! Maybe ….. definitely needs re training in the Highway Code and customer service as he has a serious superiority complex !!

Bus driver 119554 yelled at me that I was over 16, I'm not, I'm 13, in the end I just paid for an adult ticket, he was very mean :(, but from my other experiences as an anti social teen with anxiety, it's been okay, :3

Bus driver of the 3.40 number 25 Beverley to Hornsea bus deliberately closed the doors as he saw me rushing to get to him as my bus from Hull was running 5 mins late into Beverley Station. I (Aged Pensioner) have had to wait one hour for the next bus in temps in the mid to high 20s.
If this is typical of the service there is no wonder people are complaining.

Perhaps a training course in Customer Service would be a good plan to put in place.

Plus the number on the app for complains is not connected surprise surprise!

One Very Unhappy Customer!

I was there for more than an hour and a half without a response without any help from them when I went to ask they sent me saying if the one doesn't arrive take another one and then how could I pay only with the card they will let me know next time remember to bring money they will tell me felt truly defenseless.. the people who do this job need to know what education, courtesy and respect towards those with weaker communication skills mean

Left my gloves on a bus, caught the next one to the interchange where both drivers and office staff tracked down and returned my gloves to me 👌😁 fantastic service!

Buses consistently run behind schedule, occasionally even canceling services without prior notification. When this happen you have to wait 30-40 minutes for the next available bus. In a recent incident, I was on foot to catch a bus expected to arrive in 5 minutes at a designated stop. Surprisingly, the bus arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule, failed to halt, and left me waiting an additional hour for the subsequent one, especially inconvenient as it was a Sunday. Despite filing formal complaints on multiple occasions, nothing seemed to change. Relying on this bus service is undeniably a nightmarish experience.

Fabulous service from all driver and staff at EYMS. Have absolutely no faults at all. The drivers are friendly and chatty especially on service 105 / 105 / X47 on night shifts. I love the company and couldn’t fault it one bit. I’d suggest doing some online competitions I think your customers would love this.

Buses are very comfortable, clean and even smells new and hygienic which is certainly what you want when travelling. The on screen departure and announcement system on board is get for people with disabilities so it caters for everyone, the design of the buses are great and love the colour scheme.

Great work to all the staff at EYMS 😁
