My wife and I were travelling to London, and high on our list of things to do was to attend a Premier League game at the Emirates. Being from the States, I didn't realize that this was not as straightforward as it is here for say an NFL game. Here, you go on StubHub or whatever and you buy tickets anywhere in the venue you like. It's different for the Premier League. Since I wanted to book my travel well in advance, my options were limited. After doing a bunch of research, I felt hospitality tickets were going to be the best bet. A little pricey, but worth it for great seats, complimentary drinks and a meal, stadium tour, etc.

I tried booking with Arsenal directly, and they were very responsive. They wouldn't take the booking until after I needed to book my trip, so after some research I found VIP Matchdays.

The staff there was extremely responsive to my pre-sales questions, and took my booking in my timeframe. There weren't a ton of reviews, but I took the chance.

I was a bit nervous for two reasons. First, fraud in the ticket sales industry is big. Next, after booking, I was told I'd get the tickets a few days before the event.

I had several questions between when I booked and when I travelled to London, and every time I reached out VIA email I got a response within a few minutes if it was even close to UK business hours. If it was outside business hours I had an answer the next morning. So, customer service proved to be top notch.

When the tickets did arrive via email, they came with clear instructions on how to use them, what to wear (no away colors), etc. In addition, the day before the match they sent a detailed itinerary for matchday.

So, the seats were excellent, the amenities were outstanding, and the service exceeded expectations.

I strongly recommend VIP Matchdays. They really came through and made attending the match the highlight of my vacation.

Excellent service from the start - Game day was beyond expectations ..George McCann was soo responsive to all my questions and everything was to perfection. We attended Stamford Bridge and the food was amazzing and the people we met were soo friendly . Would definenlty use VIP matchdays in the future.

Just wanted to say what an awesome day we had on the 7th Sept at the RWC pre dinner with the three legends.

It was a surprise gift for my brothers 65th, we are both huge rugby fans. The day was amazing, the organisation and staff were incredible, the food was outstanding. As for the legends themselves, they were just so accommodating and spent valuable time with us on more than one occasion. Both my brother and I met our individual heroes.

Just returned from the Rugby League Magic Weekend experience and I would say the staff and location were exceptional, however the biggest praise must go the menu, we were kept well fed both days and the gluten free option my wife had went well beyond what she has been offered at other events.
So just a big thanks to all involved, if the Magic weekend goes ahead next year we will definitely be back, as well as looking at the VIP Matchday events for the Challenge cup final.

VIP Matchdays was great. UK holiday from the USA and wanted to catch a game (Tottenham v Aston Villa). I called and worked briefly with the team and then had an easy process buying the tickets. Had a great time in Tottenham and great experience overall.
