A lovely spot in a little village. We visited in early July and the site was really quiet and peaceful.||The site is well kept, with decent facilities in a great location. It's a 2 mile walk along the beach to Cromer, and just a few minutes walk to the beach or the the local spots in Overstrand (there's a cafe and two nice bars/restaurants - one with a good playpark for young kids). A good base for day trips to the Broads and Sandringham.||At the site there are 4 small pools in a gated area. I'm not sure why there isn't one larger pool, but it works fine. ||The caravan we hired was new, clean and well equipped. Definitely nicer than the pictures on the website. The mattresses weren't great but everything else was spot on. The twin beds in the 'Super 2' were quite small, so I'd say are better suited to younger children. ||As others have mentioned, probably don't pay for the wifi because it wasn't up to much and we didn't use it.

What a wonderful place, the location is amazing, people are so friendly and you can hear the sea from your cottage.
From the moment my husband and I arrived at Ivy Farm, we have felt right at home and could easily move here!
At home we have the TV on, even for background noise, but here we only turned it on once. It's been so lovely to fully switch off and the next time we come we will be bringing the family.

We and our extended family have, between us been coming to the caravan site for over 20 years, so I guess that says it all. We were happy in the 'old' vans and stayed in various sites over the park Now,, staying n the newer vans with heating is even better. The staff are always very pleasant and friendly. Really enjoyed our break, and yet again we didn't want to come home.

Absolutely love this campsite been going for 8 years. The caravans are lovely the pool are amazing only thing I would say is that they need to buy some actual football goals for the field we have been bringing our own for years because theirs have always been in shambles held together by tape but then again that’s not their fault it’s just kids that are hanging off them. Alex the night warden is lovely. Only ever stayed in the static caravan so don’t know about the lodge.

Ivy Park helped us out when our intended place to stay was unavailable (long story!). We had a great few days in a spacious static caravan, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi and quiet site. The sea front is only a few minutes walk away. There are excellent swimming pools on site for children. A security man is on site from 6pm until 11pm to watch out for evening swimmers in the pools, provide first aid and help newcomers get the television working!|A highly recommended place for a holiday.

We had a lovely few days here. Bought 2 dogs and it is such a great place for dog walking. Great location. Lovely pub few mins walk away. The accommodation is not posh, but really comfy and clean. And you can't expect posh if they allow dogs. Would definitely return. Highly recommend.

We have recently returned from a weeks stay in a three bedroom static caravan. It was lovely and clean, well equipped and comfortable for us and our granddaughter. The site ( we had been to the site for many years when our own children were small) is excellent, great playground, some days we had the lovely pools to our selves and one night we used the barbecue. |We do think £15 is a bit expensive for access to wifi particularly when it doesn’t work very well, not that you come away to use wifi but we needed to be in contact with our daughter and we didn’t have any phone signal.

We have been visiting Ivy Farm for 12 years and cannot fault it. We have been in quite a few of their caravans and all provide good, clean accomodation. Great location in a lovely village where we have been lucky enough to make many good friends. Ivy Farm caters for all ages, young or old! We have been 4 times this year and are looking forward to going back next year
