Wow! My husband and I worked with Janet on an EPIC 79 day 49th Anniversary/retirement trip through the UK in the spring of 2022, and again for a 3 week trip through Scotland in July 2023. Her team has been fabulous to work with, and I couldn’t have planned these trips without them. Janet always finds us amazing places to stay, great experiences and meals, and puts all the pieces together. We had the pleasure of connecting in person with Janet and Neil on our ‘big’ trip and look forward to seeing them and working with them again. Jan Redler, and her staff recently took us on a trip of a life time. Not a normal brochure trip, but one that we put together and she supported. She and her staff were on top of the travel requirements, bookings and details that she communicated to us well in advance and in detail at the beginning of each day. Professional in every way, 100% on top of her game and a lovely Welsh demeanor as a bonus! I would recommend Jan Redler Travel to anyone who is thinking of taking a trip to the UK and Ireland, they won’t be disappointed.

Jan carefully planned out our three week trip to London, Scotland and Ireland! Our Californian travel agent Heather Lindstrom, got us started and Jan ran with it! I gave her a list of places and experiences that we wanted to do. I think she put all of the list into our itinerary and we were pleasantly pleased. I’m a bit of a worry wart and she was very patient with me before the trip and during the trip! We stayed in a variety of unique hotels and one apartment. Our drivers were superior as well as our small/full size tour busses. Each tour she chose for us was above and beyond our expectations! We can’t wait to go back and will most certainly use her company again! Our only regret was not staying longer!?

Difficult experience beginning to end. Inflexible, irritation with change, and refusal to refund money to me for lost days, even tho they received a refund that I was to have received.
