Fantastic from start to finish. Gavin, Rick and Kristie were all super helpful. We've just settled into our lovely new home made possible by the wonderful folks at Newton Fallowell Newark. Whatever Gavin is getting paid, it isn't enough. He went above and beyond for us during our moving process and even took the time to properly explain things that should've been made clear by other agents in a different town. Communication was stellar and it was lovely to have such a good relationship with our agents. It really made things so much less stressful and we got into our new home in really good time. Gavin already had a buyer in mind when we put our house on the market and as a result we sold within 24 hours at the price we wanted, which meant we could secure the house we really wanted really quickly. Also huge thanks to Richard, the financial advisor with this branch who also did a fantastic job for us and really took the time to explain things and answer queries whenever we had them.

They really do work as a team, genuinely interested in supporting both buyers & sellers, meeting customers requirements and going the extra mile to make the experience a good one.
