Had such a positive experience booking my villa in The Algarve with Sun-hat from start to end. The communication from Adam was first class, he was so helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. Getting the presentation pack in the post was a really nice touch.

The property we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. An extremely smooth booking experience and I can't wait to book again with Sun-hat very soon. If only all companies were like this ?

Had a great villa holiday in Val Do Logo through Sun Hat Villas. They honoured a cancelled 2020 booking and it was everything we hoped for. Stayed at Villa Gabriella which was fabulous, the rep Charlie was so helpful, the company are professional, good contact and you can actually talk to a person! Highly recommend.

Currently staying at the Colina Villas in Portugal.
Really disappointed with this villa. Although I’m sure it was lovely once.
The villa is tired in so many ways. The garden furniture is falling apart and needs replacing. The outside of the villas looks like it’s been shot at and needs repainting. The furniture inside isn’t much better. There’s holes in the settee. Wires hanging from under the the Televisions. A very poorly equipped kitchen. There’s no WiFi. This has been reported twice but still not sorted. There’s no locked on any of the bathrooms. Plus the toilet door down stairs doesn’t even close.
The bathroom door upstairs scrapes along the floor and makes a right noise.
Not seen the bus service either and you’re quite isolated if you don’t have a car. The pictures on the website must be very old because they make the villas look amazing and there definitely not.

Beautiful place for a group of 12 people. Spacious and practical - great location - on golf course close to clubhouse. Great bbq and heated pool area. Will definitely comeback to this place.

Here at the moment in vale do lobo. Sunhat couldn't care less about the building site that they never bothered to mention. Sent videos and pictures of work going on including crane's coming over our villa but sunhat villas aren't doing anything about it. Arrived at the villa last Saturday to a filthy pool and jacuzzi but more excuses from the so called rep Camilla for sunhat in vale do lobo. Have always used sunhat but never again.

A brilliant experience with Sun Hat villas from start to finish . They recommended a great value villa , and worked hard to give me options , not just the most expensive one , arranged a car to be delivered and were very attentive . Great service and very easy to speak to and deal with . The app is great but they are always at the end of the phone .
