Multiple uses of this service with no issues. Need my elderly mother collecting from Manchester Airport, said no taxi available that day. Dropped off and picked up half a dozen times at the airport before. Can't understand them on the phone. Use someone else.

Arrived over five minutes late, then proceeded to drive at a maximum of 25 miles an hour. Ran into the back of another car at traffic lights due to being on his phone. Continued to use phone at all sets of traffic lights even after having hit someone. Did not even acknowledge the accident never mind about apologise for it. All this and then he charged me the full amount & I missed my train. If I could give no stars, I would. AVOID.

We arrived at night time in Newark North Gate station and needed to go to Newark Castle station. There were no ubers and all taxis are fully booked. James was so nice to agree to come pick us up on a short notice. He was really friendly and we got to the station safely. If you are in Newark, definitely recommend his service!
