Absolutely disgusted by the way I've been spoken to today.
It's almost like they have an absolute hatred of disabled people.
I'd suggest that you retrain these staff to have a more compassionate and open minded opinion of people like myself (Disabled)
I was dealing with one woman when another member of staff butted in and tried to intimidate me.
It was exactly the same last year when I went to renew my bus pass!
I would expect their line managers to do something about it and have some accountability....but, EVERYONE knows you'll do naff all.!!!!!

A tourism centre, with very dedicated and helpful staff. Come here as a first stop if you come to Nottingham and your a tourist.. and do not forget to book a trip to the city caves!!

What happened to our Tourism Centre? Apart from a leaflet rack in the corner, there's almost nothing except Notts Forest merch on sale. Since when was that the only tourist attraction of the city. I'd be hugely disappointed if I was visiting for the first time.

The lady who served me was extremely busy as she was the only person working in the Travel Centre. She was, however, very polite and possessed good customer care skills. The Forest Shop, in contrast, was not busy at all, with four staff talking amongst themselves.

If I could give a big fat zero for yet another business such as this with their very poor unhelpful public service I would. Because like most, it appears that this business would rather slap the answerphone on at their earliest convenience than answer any queries the general public may have when in need of urgent help?

And then when you have left your message they can't even be bothered to return your call? I mean what is the point of even having a contact number or even being there come to that?

Furthermore everyday millions of people are flooding this country to either live or tour it. Goodness knows where they get assistance from in which to find out important information if this cannot be obtained by this supposedly helpful information centre that at one time previously when I was a young person, this was very supportive!

Like everything nowerdays I guess , gone all to pot! Why on earth do people overseas want to come and move to this town? God only knows with the reputation of support, customer service and help and respect for the people who already live here and have both lived, worked and served for this country and town beats me? 🤷

Nottingham is a magic city with a variety of things to do! You will never be tired! Plenty nightlife, great cuisine and warm people!

It is such a safe city too and the prices are affordable too!
