Absolutely loved our stay at Center Parcs Sherwood Forest! A true 5-star experience.

From the moment we arrived, the beautiful woodland setting and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a perfect escape. Our lodge was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, especially appreciated the fireplace after a day of exploring.

The Subtropical Swimming Paradise was a highlight. The pools, slides, and lazy river were fun for all ages, and everything was spotless and well maintained.

We also took advantage of the bike trails and forest walks, which were easy to follow and offered stunning scenery. The spa was a relaxing bonus, and the staff made us feel completely at ease.

Food options were great too. We especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the convenience of being able to dine right in the village.

Center Parcs Sherwood Forest is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a nature-filled getaway with plenty to do. We can’t wait to come back!

Been coming for years. Staff are always exceptionally helpful and we love the outdoor nature to Center Parcs. The lodges can sometimes be a little rough around the edges (this year, it was spotlessly clean but the rooms felt slightly damp) but that doesn't detract from how peaceful and relaxing it is. Great for wildlife, biking trails, the Pancake House, the rapids, canoeing, swimming, badminton etc etc.

Our stay at Sherwood Forest Center Parcs was exceptional. Countless activities which are easy to book. I would suggest downloading their app which was invaluable for booking activities and for the site map. The lodge was spotless and had everything we needed. The swimming area was lovely with huge changing areas which were also clean. Can't recommend the restaurants enough with The Dozing Duck being our clear fav. Will be returning soon!

We went as a family of eight,3 generations plus a toddler and a dog. To say there's something for everyone is an understatement.,there's tons for everybody. For four days we gave it our best,but didn't scratch the surface. The teams, maintenance, cleaning, instructors,catering,front of house. All are outstanding. An amazing break,unforgettable. Everyone agreed we will definitely go back. From what we saw and experienced,the whole place runs like an enormous Swiss watch, perfect.

First time at Sherwood, having visited most of the other locations.
The lodges appear to be more set back onto the woodland than some of the other sites, which I quite liked.
The facilities were great, we had so much fun here.
The Dozing duck country club was amazing, the layout, the children's play area, was perfect. The staff were amazing, so friendly and happy to chat whilst taking our order and bringing the food to the table. We had a good laugh with the Chloe who was managing our table, it made our night.
The food was spot on, mainly steaks were ordered by our group and they complimented how good they were. I had the truffle ravioli which was so good. I'd drive 180 miles to eat that again ha ha.
Would I visit again, yes I would definitely visit Sherwood again.

A great family experience evening it is a bit pricey. The swimming pool has been deprived of upgrades for years but there seems to be some plan in place to start major work. A new flume, some face lifting of existing flumes and the activity pool under redevelopment. Bikes are well maintained and second to none and staff seemed friendly. The lodges have been upgraded and everything needed was there. Felt directional signage and a kids easy to understand meeting point sign would be useful in pool.

A tad on the expensive side so unfortunately haven't been for a while. However it's the perfect place for some peace and quiet as the lodges are spaced out. The pool is fantastic with both inside and outside pools, water slides, the 'rapids' and jacuzzi. I also recommend the food and drink in the restaurants and the Country Club. The mini market is ok if you run out of anything but it's advisable to take your own essentials as they are a bit on the dear side.

A place that feels like home. Having been fortunate to go regularly as a child, revisiting with a group of girls in your 20's sometimes has you doubting if it will be as magical and fun as it was before. I can safely say, I felt reverted to being 15 all over again. Riding bikes, swimming, stopping off at a few pubs and Starbucks was just what we needed. Definitely cheaper in term time but still as wonderful as I remember.
