Millennium Travel was hired by our tour company to travel to the Isle of Wight. My party found the coach very comfortable and clean. The driver Colin picked us up at the interchange and travelled with us through out the rest of our holiday. We found him very helpful and friendly.always dressed smart and was an excellent driver. Well done Colin. Thank you.

I’ve been out today on a wonderful well organised trip.The only thing that spoiled it was the coach I sat on the near side single seats and the heating pipe that ran the the length of the coach was so hot you could touch it. So no air conditioning which was needed but heating that would have been great in January but it is a hot July day. Never again !!.

Had an absolutely amazing day out to Blackpool. Bus was clean all members of staff were amazing from booking to the driver and his wife. Nothing was too much trouble and was so friendly made you feel at ease and bonus too had a laugh with all on coach. Would highly recommend to anyone for a day trip. Even the coffee provided on bus were great too and didn't break the bank as was just a small charge. Thank you again.

Yesterday we travelled to Southwell Races for Ladies Day using Millenium Coaches (1) . Our return journey completely ruined the day . The driver allowed extra passengers on the coach - these were not present for the outward journey . The swearing , loud , lewd language was disgusting and upsetting .People were arguing loudly across the coach .People were out of their seats , falling about . When the passenger next to me politely asked them to tone the volume down a bit , she was verbally abused . I refuse to believe that the driver did not hear any of this - but he did nothing to stop it . On the basis of this , I would never recommend this travel firm .

On the coach now coming back from Fulham match! The driver flatly refuses to stop at services to let people do what is natural! The coach out bound the toilet onboard was full and the driver was asked to sort it for return journey he flatly refused and locked the door! I hope one day he suffers just like we did! Won’t use again ever!

Midnight pick up after a concert, minibus on time and driver was polite, everybody dropped off at home safely, many thanks for the excellent service provided, will definitely use again, highly recommended

Had a great day out at whitby, me, and my wife.
