The kayaking trip was an incredible experience! It lasted about three hours, and we had the chance to admire the beauty of nature throughout the journey. We took a short break on one of the beaches where we caught crabs. This adventure is definitely worth recommending.

Had another great time out with Sam and Graham on a canoe tour. Every time I'm in Pembroke I make sure to experience a different tour with these guys. So knowledgable about the history of the local area and excellent instructors on the water. A thoroughly great start to the day!

We did a brilliant canoe tour, which was perfectly organised and fun. Sam and Dan did a great job to make us feel safe and enjoy the three hours activity. As it was a rather windy day, they arranged for us to sail for the last part of the trip, which was unexpected and great fun.

Graham, one of the Paddle West Canoe Tour trainers, ran a brilliant 2 day outdoor first aid course with a v lively group at a venue in London's Docklands. I really appreciated how much first aid knowledge he imparted thanks to a career in the army. I feel like I learnt a lot of tips and tricks about how to deal with a first aid emergency when it happens anywhere! Thank you.

We had a great time this afternoon on the canoe tour. Sam is clearly very experienced, and full of interesting facts; keeping us entertained at the brief stops on the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed it! even when we finished the tour a little wetter than anticipated.. (through none of the guides fault!), felt super safe throughout. Appreciated it was an A-B tour, with pickup at the end and drop off back at the start. Highly recommend!
