What a fantastic find, right on the promenade at Great Yarmouth.|It's obviously a well established hotel with a very welcoming feel to it. Paws on the Prom is a lovely room just through the bar area which is thoughtfully set up to cater as much for canine guests as for human ones! Plenty of fresh water available, lots of treats and snacks and a doggie menu too. Our family labrador loved it! |And so did we! We had sandwiches and a jacket potato, really fresh and tasty. The staff were all really friendly and the service was excellent. |Definitely a "must do".

What an incredible spot!! We were holidaying in the area and needed a dog friendly restaurant as an absolute must. We landed on The Prom Hotel due to their very impressive “Paws On The Prom” addition. I’ve never seen a restaurant have a dedicated dog menu. The food was absolutely amazing, and we were so impressed how much they catered to the dogs.

Again another faultless stay. Room 110 great sea views. Breakfast amazing and chef amazing cook. Staff welcomed us back and nothing to much trouble. Already booked twice more this year. I’m my opinion best hotel in Great Yarmouth. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable and views amazing

Have had a recent weekend break, more than satisfactory.
Good atmosphere and well stocked bar with excellent bar staff.
Food was ordinary and edible, good portions. Staff again were friendly and efficient.
My room 2nd floor ( with lift) was warm and inviting.. T-tray was replenished daily ..
Would certainly recommend.

This is a great hotel in the centre of Great Yarmouth, very conveniently situated for the pier, fun fair and shops. The room we had was spacious and we were lucky enough to have a sea view. We were with a large group but despite this the food was excellent. Served hot and very tasty. I had an accident while I was there and the staff were so helpful keeping my ice pack cold enough. The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. We went out walking on most days until I had my accident. You can get to some great places from Great Yarmouth. We even saw all the seal pups at Winterton on Sea. Totally recommend.

I have stayed here for the last 3 years and this weekend of July 11/12/13 I booked this particular room last year for this years stay, we went to our room which was lovely however the air con had broken, they had put a fan in there but as we all know they are not the best for keeping rooms cool and it was close to 30 degrees when we arrived Friday afternoon we went down to reception and mentioned it to the lady in reception she apologised and replied it had t worked for ages and should have been fixed back in the winter. Friday night was very hot and not much sleep was had I got up to find the hairdryer was on the wall in the bathroom previously the hairdryer was the usual plug in one found in a draw so I started using it however the piece which you hold was loose and was burning my hand so I wrapped a dry towel around it to use it! We mentioned it to reception and was told there would be the usual type in a draw. My mistake I didn’t check and got up Sunday only to find there wasn’t one. So again used the one in the bathroom. That said the hotel is in a lovely position close to town/beach etc the staff are very nice and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was lovely service was fantastic and we also ate in the bar on one night and have also previously ate in the bar/bistro and food was lovely and service was again fantastic. My only complaint is maintenance of the hotel/rooms would I stay again yes but I would make sure if I did and it was hot that the air con works

Great Sunday lunch. Booked on with the dogs. Was a bit lonely as we were the only people in the dining area but the food was nice. Staff are friendly and the place is clean and tidy. We had Sunday roast which was really nice. 2 did sausages for £3.50 was a bit over priced but overall Recommended

Fantastic staff, they look after you really well. Rooms are excellent, a good size and very clean. Buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choice.|Stayed here with friends as we do every year and as always everything was perfect. |See you all again next year.
