We have been using Bicton Travel for over 20 years and have always experienced the best of service , advice and attention to detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble , even overseas when a train strike in France interrupted our plans a quick text to Phil and alternative transport arranged . We have had numerous cruises , family holidays and local activities arranged by Bicton Travel. In these restricted travel and tough times , the professional attention from Carole , Phil and the team have been outstanding.
We have no hesitation in recommending Bicton Travel.

My partner and I have been been using Bicton for ALL our travel needs since 2012. We average four cruises a year plus other land content trips.
Bicton's attention to detail is superb, from the cruising products that they suggest, all through the booking process, and to assisting with all matters when "things go wrong" which they sometimes do. For example, we had four trips booked and paid for at the start of Covid and all have been successfully cancelled with full refunds received.
We will always rely on Bicton Travel for our travel needs and we are most thankful to the Company and all their staff for the brilliant job and service always performed.

Your team has made a supreme effort in obtaining refunds and credit vouchers, where possible. Bicton Travel had booked a ‘complex’ and amazing itinerary for us this year; visiting various countries, involving different modes of transport, accommodation and tour operators.
