The company is representing a group of crooks with the sole objective of deceiving people with their exceptionally smart fraudulent skills. They will trap you by offering flights on reasonably cheap prices. Later you will be made to cancel your booked flight by rising trivial questions on your documents. On the other hand if you approach the concerned departments for guidance on their ungounded and illlogical questions you would come to know that actually they were bent upon engulfing the cancellation charges and hence wasting your time as well. So please be aware of their deceitful tactics and get the services of a reputed and trustworthy company if you want to save your money and time...

DO NOT USE THEM. I bought my ticket and I was informed to pay £900 into a bank account which I did. I had used this company successfuly before that is why I trusted then. I then called to say that I was waiting for the ticket. Granted it was nearly 6pm and he informed me that their ticket office was closed and that I would get the ticket first thing in the morning at 9am. I was anxious. I waited for the following day and spoke to Nick who then told me that because my flight was in 3 weeks my ticket was not a priority. I informed him that he had told me something different and that I needed the ticket as I had paid a lot of money. Nick passed the phone to his colleagea who then told me "to call the police on them if I wanted" "stop being a stupid little girl and do and tell the queen of england or my god if I wanted". He shouted over and over on the phone. STAY CLEAR FROM THEM

Definitely Not recommended for flights! SkyJet simply hold your payment and then try to book your flights. Two days after we booked online, I received a call saying the flights had increased in price and my booking was cancelled.

Terrible If You Have an Issue
This place books flights for you but woe betide you if you have an issue. They have your money and don't care. My issue is I have been booked on a 2 leg journey, one way. The first leg has 40Kg of luggage plus hand luggage and the second leg has ..... none!! That's right, I have been booked on a flight with no baggage allowance other than hand luggage while travelling with an infant on a oneway ticket to Australia!! And their response, oh you can book baggage at the airport - Airline says no guarantee and will be a much higher rate.
My advise is to book your own ticket or use a travel agent that is based in your town so you have a shop to go into to complain or it can be your mistake.

Terrible customer service and complete waste of time. I tried to book a ticket and it was a complete disaster. They kept stalling and asking for irrelevant information because they did not have the seat, eventually i had to book from elsewhere. Dont trust them one bit!

Very rude customer service.They r cheating people with professional way.once u booked ur ticket it’s gonna be cancelled by some reason and u have to pay cancellation charges or they will increase ticket fare by making excuses.

Scam! go to the actual airline for a guaranteed price as these guys will happily take your money and then hike up the price days later saying airline changed their terms so you don't have choice but to pay them...extortion comes mind, save yourself the hassle.
