SCAM. FRAUD. STAY AWAY.
Not even worth 1 star.
we were in the process of paying for emirates tickets for our holiday. Then get a call from the bank saying someone is trying to send money to pakistan from our card.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY’RE FRAUD. They’ll do everything for you, with details surface value but are actual thieves, sending ur money to wherever, and not the airline. Don't trust any agents, for example RIYA! did everything at surface level for us to be found out they’re stealing our hard earned money. Disgraceful. Hope your business fails and goes bankrupt. It’s people like you scammers that make good things take a turn for the worse. And whoever got sent that money, we’re watching u.

Star Travel truly offers outstanding service!
I’ve been a client for over 14 years and they have been always very efficient and prompt to assist the client all the way.
Due to emergency, my daughter and I had to travel to Brazil last November. We had many flights canceled due to the pandemic but

Star Travel truly offers 5-star service! I’ve been a client for a number of years and they have never disappointed. Due to a family emergency, my daughter and I had to travel to Brazil last Dec. We had all sorts of problems due to the pandemic but having Sam’s and Marcelo’s invaluable support meant the world. Star Travel offers extremely competitive rates but their real USP is their fantastic customer service. Having someone there for you making sure that you get safely to your destination in these very uncertain and changing times for aviation makes all the difference. I strongly recommend them. Star Travel UK are an amazing business providing great services to people who want to travel to various destinations. I was able to speak to their representative and I was given the relevant information I needed. So they are efficient, great and good at what they do.

Unfortunately, there are people taking advantage of their 5 star reviews by claiming to work for them and scamming people out of their hard earned money. Individuals by the name of “Kareena” or “Simon” who are offering cheap tickets and claiming that they work for this business. Please contact Star Travel UK first to confirm whether someone is a staff member/ representative before you purchase a ticket. It’s not this businesses fault that they are being used as a pawn for people who want to take advantage of vulnerable people.

My wife (Giovana) has bought two airplane tickets to Brazil for December 2020 and Marcelo has provided a professional service. He is very dedicated and goes beyond his duties. To buy a flight ticket has become such an easy and pleasant experience since I started doing it via Star Travel, especially after getting to know Marcelo, a very reliable, helpful, competent and caring professional. I never have to wait long after doing any request as he is always very available and ready to find a solution or clarify whatever needs to be clarified. I can’t recommend Star Travel enough. Our agent is Marcelo and there are no words to describe how efficient and dedicated he is. There are no requests too big for him, neither too complicated. Marcelo is the person to go to with any requests and it gets better; Marcelo is never phased by the million charges and challenges when booking your flights.
I used to buy my flights online myself, but since we found Marcelo and Star Travel, there’s no way back. It simply makes your whole travel experience a lot better, not to mention the peace of mind you get if anything goes wrong with your travel plans.
Like I said: I now recommend Marcelo and Star Travel to all my friends.
