Needed to hire a cheap car quickly while mine got repaired, got a tiny little Mazda 2 which sipped fuel and got me from home to work just fine.

Whole process was quick and easy, cheaper than I thought it was going to be for the 5 days and all the staff were really nice.

Will use again if I find myself in need of a runaround

Having rang up to hire a small car while mine was at the garage. The person who helped me through this process was Amanda at the Chesterfield branch. She went through everything and was a fantastic help. Both on the phone and in branch too. Even when I brought the hire car back earlier than expected. I couldn’t fault the service. Absolute amazing service, required a tail lift van urgently at short notice, at the time there wasn't one available, however after about 30 minuets I have a call from Briony to let me know they have managed to move some things about and get me one for the time I needed, headed straight over and collected it within a few minuets and a couple of signatures later I was off.

Van was pristine, clean and presented well and very easy to drive.

Handing it back was a breeze too, was served by the lovely Amanda and Autum who ensured everything was ok with the hire.

Will definitely be glad to use them again.

The staff at Arnold Clarke are very friendly and really great. They helped me to get the best rental. I've rented with them twice now, and their cars are great.
