I am new in the area and not a native speaker. I just called this company to ask if I can book in advance and check the rate. The lady on the phone seemed very annoyed with me and disconnected in the middle of my second sentence when I was repeating my question. I have never ever came acros such bad customer service. If the owner looks for a polite replacement, please let me know and I am sure I would do much better job, even with my accent. Respect for customers is a must be in business.

A very nice lady who turned up on time and Lydia took me to my caravan site and charged me a very good rate .

Noone answers the phone. It rings and cuts out after a few rings. Either number on website is incorrect or they are simply cutting off calls.
