The site is large and very busy which has a nice atmosphere. There are not enough showers and toilets for the site. We stayed for 4 nights and had to queue every morning or evening for the showers. Toilets was a little less busy as there are a few more of those.
The toilet was being cleaned between 8 and 10am one morning which felt like peak use so then it was closed for a while, exacerbating this issue. It feels as though cleaning showers and toilets should be done in the afternoons really.
The coffee shop and cafe are decent.
Water and electric - good cannot complain.
The pitches are well maintained and large.
However, the gazebos at £5 per gazebo per night felt a bit steep considering one was a small utility tent and they are all within our pitch space.
Noise felt reasonable especially considering such a large site.

Liked: Friendly staff, lovely and welcoming, taking time to speak with each visitor.
Clearly marked out boundaries. Family friendly respectful behaviour. Nice having a bar/caffe on site, again staff were lovely and welcoming.

Disliked: Not dislike but could improve on, facilities are not clearly labelled. Would be nice to have a mix of facilities in each area and few more shower cubicles. Think it was due to them being very busy , pitches felt a little cramped with not much free open space to probably play or take in the beautiful location.

Liked: Showers were warm. Washing machine and tumble dryers available. Fridges and freezers available. Toilets and facilities were clean. Pitch was fine. Clean. Grass and floor decent. Pitch was level. No issues with electricity. Owner who checked us in was a nice chap and engaging.

Disliked: Curfew at 10.30pm was a bit late and nobody really checking in on it (had drunken neighbours being quite loud until past midnight). Some idiot decided to use the tumble dryer at 11pm. There weren’t many toilets/showers for a large site so was often having to wait.

Liked: Location and distance between pitches, parking next to pitch, ice pack freezer available, hire of a fire pit and purchase of logs. The facilities were of a very good standard and kept clean throughout the day.
Overall great location, peaceful relaxed setting, not too far from all the places we wanted to visit.

Liked: Beautiful location! Each pitch is numbered and you are given your pitch number on arrival, which was very convenient as it saved having to look for somewhere to pitch up.
Toilets & showers were kept clean and although there wasn’t an awful lot of showers & toilets we didn’t once have to queue to use them.
There was a very handy shop on site for your essentials, and a cute little cafe.

Disliked: Some parties didn’t follow the curfew and where very loud late into the night/morning which was a shame.

Liked: Good flat pitch, good clean bathrooms and indoor kitchen with microwaves, toaster and sink. Quiet and leafy site, lovely pitch with blossom trees around. Handy stand pipes and well kept grounds and paths. Very fine resident cats who were quite sociable. Owner was helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Really appreciated the well equipped accessible bathroom as I have disabilities.

Disliked: No loo paper in toilets was an ongoing nuisance, had to make sure I had some in every pocket. Pitch was a bit small for a family-sized one (glad I ended up with a bigger pitch as only ones left and I have a large tent to help with disabled access), had trouble parking the car. Firewood for sale was overpriced and some of it was unsuitable to use. Ok for outdoor use (which to be fair is what it is meant for) but don't use for a tent stove as some is unseasoned and not safe for use in a stove as tarry deposits could end up setting flue alight. Found this skimping irritating and a nuisance. In such a wealthy area and on a decent campsite you don't expect such penny pinching.

We camped hire for 2 nights. This is a lovely rural campsite. Not too big with a rustic feel. Good value for money. We were impressed with the facilities - cafe with good sausage sandwiches! Kettle, microwaves and fridge/freezer available to use. Fire pits to hire (pit £5 per night, wood £7) but make sure you’re there between 6pm-7pm to visit reception - first night we missed the hiring window. Toilets and (hot) showers clean. Outside hot water for washing up dishes was temperamental but other washing up sink available in the inside kitchen had hot water.|Some swings in wood area for the kids to play on. It didn’t seem there were any pubs or a town within walking distance so whenever we left the campsite we went out in the car. The owners were very friendly and made you feel welcome.

Liked: I would definitely recommend Cotswold Camping. Staff are helpful and firendly. Lovely pitches. Great for familes with young and older children, also great for Couples.

Ideal location to explore the Cotswolds. Lovely onsite Cafe/bar, Art Gallery to visit. The Cauldron Cafe also offers a unique afternoon tea experience (booked in advance)

Disliked: You do need to take your own toilet roll. The shop is only open at certain times or when you call the office
