What an amazing find! Great location. There are lots of beautiful walks and pubs just on the doorstep.
Exactly what me and my wife needed. We stayed here for a few nights in the Bastard balm, surrounded by trees, secluded and incredibly quiet. We had the best time here and did not want to leave.
Liz was extremely helpful and very accommodating.
We can't wait to go back for another peaceful relaxing break.

We stayed at Tree Dwellers in January 2025 and enjoyed it so much we went back in July 2025. This time we were in Lady's Slipper whilst previously we stayed in Agar. As in January the accommodation was cosy, immaculately clean and very well presented. In January we made use of the log fire and this time the outside area was used a lot. We cannot fault the products used at Tree Dwellers. All items - furniture, cutlery, crockery, linens, bathroom products, kitchen appliances, sound system - are all modern and of excellent quality. Coffee, milk and a selection of herbal teas are all provided and the Welcome Hamper is, as it implies, very 'welcoming' - the cheese and crackers are excellent quality and the wine went down very well indeed! We once again, had a fantastic time and also made use of the facilities in The Glade. Also worth mentioning that, despite Tim busily preparing his Land Rover for a holiday trip, he still made time to sit down and tell me his fascinating story about how he managed to turn an idea into a reality. Now that is what I call service with a smile. We are hoping to come back in September so that will be 3 out of 4 seasons covered!

An experience that will stay with us for a long time. From the moment we saw our treehouse it was a dream come true. Everything inside was up to the highest standard and Liz and Tim were there ti welcome us. |The tranquility is something to experience. We spent 4 nights and unwound with nature surrounding us. Walking trails and beautiful small towns were at close driving distance. The weather was lovely too. I would recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here for two nights with my partner in the Bastard Balm lodge. This is a beautiful location and our treehouse was perfect for making us feel fully enclosed with nature. There are lovely walks nearby, during which we saw so many different animals in the wild, which we loved. Our treehouse was wonderfully furnished, feeling both homely and luxurious at once. All of our interactions with the team at TreeDwellers were positive and helpful too.
Thank you to everyone at TreeDwellers for giving us a great stay.

Really lovely place, peaceful and set in a tranquil location. We walked over fields to the village and found a lovely friendly pub with open fire.
In the treehouse the Log burner was excellent, loads of heat and a good supply of logs for our 2 night stay.
Whilst small, the kitchen is well equipped and the induction hob/oven good quality.
Downside for us was lack of running hot water. First morning we both had Luke warm/cold showers with no water pressure. Didn’t raise at this point as eco accommodation we assumed, might be solar powered, and not had chance to heat. However second morning there was no hot water at all. Cold tap ran but as soon as turned to hot it just stopped running. This affected both the shower, bath and kitchen taps. Cue boiling kettle to wash up before leaving. The bath robes were forgotten in our accommodation something I could’ve done with the first morning after a cold shower!!!
I did email to let team know water issue needed sorting at departure, wish we had done it earlier as unable to make use of the floor standing bath before leaving.
Overall a good stay, but not a 5* experience unfortunately.

I could not of asked for more.

If you're looking for a tranquil escape surrounded by lush greenery and a touch of adventure, Tree Dwellers is the place to be. Nestled in the heart of the forest, the tree houses offer a wickedly unique experience that combines comfort, sustainability, and breathtaking views.

We were met with a beautifully warm welcome with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was the most memorable it could be. They were always happy to share recommendations, whether it’s about the best trails and of course the bestest places to eat. We even got to meet the owner which was such a lovely touch and made us feel part of the family.

The cabins create an amazing experience of feeling like you’re camping amongst the trees but with all the comfort you would expect from the 5star stay! I felt like each element on the cabin had been thoughtfully designed with attention to detail and a beautiful blond of modern and rustic charm that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. It’s a ‘tiny house’ obsessive I was in heaven from the get go!

My bed was soooo cozy I didn’t want to leave it and the space was made even more inviting by the wood burning stove, and sofa chill out space. The shower was amazing, high pressure and such delicious (and eco friendly) shampoos and conditions and you get a bath robe that felt like a friendly hug the hole time I wore it!
The kitchen was perfect with everything you’d ever need ++ and everything was so lovely!

Tree Dwellers is more than just a stay; it’s an experience that reconnects you with nature while leaving you refreshed and inspired. Couldn’t think of a better way to recharge with my loved ones in a serene, eco-friendly setting.

Thank you all for your hard work and care towards the space your are stewarding, couldn’t of asked for more and can’t wait to come back!

An anniversary stay being surrounded by nature and wildlife. Perfectly in the centre of Cotswolds and close to shopping areas. The designs are absolutely incredible and staff have made every effort to make it beautiful. With a warm fire to use too!||Robes and towels provided with a cosy area to enjoy a coffee from the machine provided with fantastic views. If you’re looking for a peaceful staycation this is one to try- in the treetops ! We stayed in Lady Slipper and spotted a couple deer ! With walks nearby to get some fresh air!

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay, the website leads you to think that you will be away from other people and immersed in nature but this is not the case. The treehouses are near enough on top of each other and you will see into each others cabins in most cases. We were unfortunate to be given a cabin that smelt if sewage but after complaining twice we were moved and Tim was fantastic in handling the situation, it's just a shame his staff weren't able to support.

The website states there is concierge but this isn't the case and the only thing that is eco friendly about the stay was I'm assuming how the treehouses were built.

Very expensive for a basic stay
