I did my open water with Dain and i honestly can’t praise him enough, his patience is second to none, I’ve also just finished a night dive course which I recommend everyone to do as it was amazing experience, have also booked to do wreck and deep dive which I’m so looking forward to do, if you buy any gear off Dain which I recommend, he will put it all together for you and make sure it’s working 💯 % and he will help you in your choices.
The guys I passed with had a fantastic weekend in Teelin Donegal, can’t say enough about this guy, so if you need a instructor for scuba or anything else he’s definitely your man.

Dain and the team at Oceanauts have to be some of the best in the world! I went from never having dived before to completing the Open Water Diver course with Oceanauts. Every dive was interesting and fun, and Dain and Chris made sure the course was clear and engaging. The course materials are top notch. Everyone felt safe, looked after, and in the best hands at all times — both in the water and above it.

What a day!!! Had the best diving experience. My cousin was on a course and I was just tagging along for a bit of diving fun. Not only did Oceanauts carry out an impeccable professional course for my cousin but also gave me the best guided tour I could have ever wished for, loads of wildlife to be seen and places to explore. Only a new company that has only just started in 2023 and is willing to help out when / where possible. I cannot recommend Oceanauts Diving enough and this review will never do them any justice. I will be going back home to my local diving school and promoting this amazing place to dive, also promoting Oceanauts to have guided tours etc. if you are in doubt or looking for a great service for diving, give Oceanauts a chance and I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed and absolutely amazed by the service. 👌

I needed to do a review of my 25 yr old PADI open water and a dry suit course urgently for a trip to Iceland. Luckily a friend put me in touch with Dain from Oceanauts Dive Center. Dain is an excellent instructor, very knowledgable, with great communication skills. The equipment is really high quality and i received excellent instruction on its use. Within 10 days I had a dry suit course and open water review complete!
I would highly recommend Oceanauts and Dain. I’m looking forward to continuing to dive with these guys into the future.

The instructing was great and Dain is very Knowledgeable and very safe. Never felt out of my depth even at 11m. The training program was great fun and was fab to see all the wildlife at Greencastle shore.
