Brian was really open about the social and political situation of Belfast and that opened our eyes to some of the lesser known backstories of the city. Really interesting as a tourist to hear that. This tour is the comprehensive history of Belfast that I needed! My dad and I stopped in Belfast for a day as part of our tour through the U.K., and we added this to our lineup. Dave was a great tour guide working in funny bits with true historical facts that gave us a better understanding of Belfast as a city and how it relates to the rest of Ireland. This was a really informative walking tour.
Our guide, Brian, who was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, encouraged questions and took time to answer any enquiries made of him.
Brian explained all about Belfast, from its rich history.and its people to all the different buildings. As walkers, we wore an earpiece that was on a kind of loop and was provided free of charge.
The walking pace of the tour was leisurely so suitable for most people.

What a great tour David offered of Belfast - we spent almost 2 hours and the time was well worth it! He used a microphone that was really easy to hear him even though we were a fairly large group.
Super interesting tour with lots of info on the local tourism and insight into local politics - both current and past. He offered some great suggestions on bars, restaurants and activities.
