Every step of them process was executed professionally and flawlessly. United Bus Staff performed at a high level with grace and flexibility due to our wonky golf schedule! Our Driver Mervyn couldn’t have been any better and we will certainly request him on our next trip to Belfast.

In front of my 2 young children i was verbally abused by one of their drivers because of their incompetence. Called management to complain and it fell on deaf ears. Never heard back.. avoid this company. Customer service is appalling. Had to console my kids after a man was swearing in our window. Pathetic excuse of a man.

This coach company is 5 star. We had a wonderful church outing on 10th August to Portrush. The coach is immaculate, spacious, airy and most comfortable . I want to thank Jock the driver for being so friendly, professional, accommodating and timely. Such a smooth comfortable journey in the coach. We had the perfect journey and day. Thank you to United buses Carrickfergus. Very highly recommended!

Excellent company have been using them for several years now after being let down by previous company's in the past have to say first class service...i have used them for a variety off outings including buisness, airport transfers and social outings... the owners are excellent too deal with so friendly and always willing to go that extra mile for you....The buses always show up on time with fully uniformed polite drivers always willing to help with cases etc...The buses are spotless inside and out wouldnt go any where else now😁😁
