Amazing! We had a giant causeway/game of thrones tour today with an incredible and knowledgeable tour guide (I think his name was Stuart). The price for a 9-hour tour is only £28 which is reasonable. We had several stops and a delicious lunch with 10% discounts at dark hedge hotel. I highly recommend this tour if you’re ever in Belfast.

This is a GREAT DEAL! The bus takes you all around the city between 10am & 4pm & lets you on and off the 24 stops. Lots of history & information about the beautiful city of Belfast. You check in & get on the bus at City Hall to start off. You can book other deals in addition to the City Tour & receive a bundle discount.
Way cheaper than ubers & taxis since your ticket lasts 48 hours! And you learn the layout of the city.

Loved this tour from start to finish! Our driver Catherine was amazing behind the wheel, you'll realise when you see some of the roads for yourself. Our tour host and narrator Lisa really made our travel time funny and so informative. It's really interesting to hear about history and local stories!

We did several stops and got to see a lot, and it was a great day. Can not thank Lisa and Catherine enough for a great day and all of their tips they had, and 100% recommend doing this tour and this tour company. Something for the whole family to enjoy, and I will probably do this again in the summertime. Had a great day

The staff at the store were welcoming and helpful. I also took the Hop-On Hop-Off tour, which was a pleasant experience—the staff were kind and friendly. Unfortunately, this was in stark contrast to the staff on the Giant’s Causeway tour on 16/05/25, who treated me very differently from other passengers.

Due to a shuttle bus delay at the Giant’s Causeway, I returned to the coach 7 minutes late and was publicly scolded by the guide, the driver, and several passengers—while others who had been late twice were treated far more leniently.

As the only visibly Muslim woman travelling alone on the tour, I couldn’t help but feel that this treatment may have been influenced by unconscious bias or assumptions based on my appearance.

A few kind passengers offered support, and two compassionate women stayed with me after the tour to ensure I was safe. Their kindness was the only comfort in an otherwise distressing experience.

After six years of living in the UK and many tours worldwide, I’ve never before felt this vulnerable while travelling. No passenger should feel unwelcome or unsafe because of how they look or who they are. I hope the company
will reflect on this experience and take steps to ensure all passengers are treated with fairness and respect.

I booked my “Gaint’s Casueway” tour without knowing it was through city sight seeing tours. I Had Stuart as my driver/ guide. HE WAS AMAZING, the tour was fantastic well beyond my expectations. Plenty of knowledge delivered In a fun light hearted way. The full day was such a great experience and I’ll be telling everyone to do it especially with this company. I ended up coming back the 2nd day to do the city Sight seeing tour which was really good also. Stuart mentioned getting a bus with a live guide. However I just jumped on any bus and found that the pre recorded audio was just as good and just as interesting. If you book both days you get a discount so I recommend that. Thanks for an amazing day!

Went on the Causeway tour and our driver Troy was fantastic!! Really funny and knows the history of all the stops. Cannot recommend this tour enough

We did the tour to the Giant's Causeway incl. GoT locations that started at 9.00. We left on time and had plenty of comfort stops incl. restroom facilities along the way. We also did a lunch stop at the Dark Hedges where they had a buffet with enough food to choose from. Our tour guide Ronny and driver Thomas were funny and made the tour really interesting to listen to. We didn't have great weather (drizzle all day), but it was lovely nonetheless. We left the Giant's Causeway at 16.30 and made it back to Belfast around 18.00, also on time. Would definitely recommend if you want a tour of great nature spots in Northern Ireland!

The tour was magnificent! We enjoyed every step of the journey. The driver was careful, very polite, fun to be with and the most important thing, he drove us all safe and on time. The guide he not only knows all the stories, but he knows how to be a great storyteller. He was super helpful and went above and beyond to make this experience even better..
