Sadly 1 star is the minimum I can give otherwise it would be a 0 from me. Cancelled a holiday last year, had booked for this June however since I cancelled I have received numerous texts and emails requesting payment. I called them 2 months ago and advised them to stop sending me communication for payment and to ensure the holiday was cancelled. They said they had received the invoice back from the tour operator 2 weeks previously and they couldn't cancelled until that had come through. So my question was, why has it taken you 2 weeks to cancel something that should gave been done straight away? And why did I receive another email this morning as a final reminder for payment? Sort yourselves out Hays, shocking customer service, clearly a lack of communication between staff and rank you for the anxiety of thinking I owe money for something that should have been cancelled months ago when I first communicated this via phone and in writing. Would not recommend, absolute shambles and should refund deposit just for time wasted trying to get my point across only for it to fall on deaf ears numerous times.
