Visited the restaurant for a family meal. Food was good. Service was poor. The ladies were busy talking to each other and took ages to serve our drinks, I could see them set on the bar, but only came to our table once they were done with their very important discussion. My husband ordered a second round during the meal and did not receive it till nearly the end of the meal, only after asking another waiter about it. They don't even have any takeaway containers to take home any leftovers, we were given aluminium foil to pack stuff in.

I recently went to Corrs and had a really pleasant experience overall. One night, I decided to check out the bar and grill, and I’m glad I did. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bartender, Conor, was fantastic—really attentive without being overbearing, and he seemed to know just the right things to recommend. The drinks were well made and the menu had a good variety. Definitely a great spot to relax, and I’ll be sure to stop by again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend if you want a laid-back evening with solid service.

My family and I love coming here the food is excellent shame about the staff on this occasion, we were greeted by a lovely girl then ushered to our table, we were served by a girl who seemed to have a big ego she had attitude from the start, she got the drinks order wrong twice she was rude when SHE made the mistake and never came back to serve us, our food order was taken by another member of staff who was lovely and friendly, we waited quite a while for our food, we tried to get the attention of a member of staff to order more drinks they seemed to be huddled in conversation one member of staff was standing at the till on their phone! we ended up having to go to the bar ourselves, when our food arrived it was lovely, however, no one came to ask if we needed anything else, I had to go and find a member of staff to order desserts,. I think with a well established hotel customers should be treated better. There are so many other eating places in this with better service and with this climate they should be trying to keep customers not chase them away.

This place has it so right!
Our flight from Belfast was cancelled, so the airline put us up in Corrs Corner.
We arrived quite late. My partner was ill with flu. I asked the guy on reception for a quiet room, and he went above and beyond to make it possible. He even walked me to the room to see if it was suitable. I have a hidden disability, so I find noise really difficult at times.
Breakfast was good. Service overall was very hospitable. I can not fault it.

A great experience to be in this hotel. Visiting with friends for four nights and the staff made us very welcome. Sharon and colleague at breakfast were so friendly and helpful as were all the staff in the evening. Bedrooms were spotlessly clean. Will definitely return and recommend. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were so friendly and efficient and all took the time to speak even though they were all very busy. Nice large room and lovely to have a bath in the bathroom and not just a shower. Bed was so comfy and slept like a log. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and a great menu with so much to choose from. I went for the Asian stir fry and it was delicious as was the breakfast the following morning. Would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel.

Such a friendly greeting when I areived. The restaurant had just closed but the staff went out of their way to take a food order which was much appreciated! The room was very spacious and spotless a bit tired but had such a comfy bed I slept really well. Breakfast was great as was dinner the night before. Would stay again for sure

Had a delicious meal here with my husband and was greeted by our server, Stephen who immediately made us feel very welcome and gave us VIP treatment. The food was served quickly by the delightful GM Jonny, setting a great example to staff by getting his sleeves rolled up and supporting his staff on an extremely busy Saturday night. Stephen checked in on us a couple of times making sure everything was in order and we has a nice chat and a good laugh too. What a credit both Stephen and Jonny are to the hotel. Great experience!
