I had the best experience in this travel agent today!!! Danielle found and booked us a fantastic holiday that is just what we were looking for and more! I turned up with my very excited 3 year old son and panicked how I was going to get chatting and booking but I can honestly say both Danielle and Nadine were so so lovely to us and were so kind to my son helping me to get peace to chat! They were life savers needless to say I left with a great holiday, happy mummy and son who had a great experience! Couldn’t recommend more! Thank you again ladies! 😊 will definitely be back for the next one!

The staff in Hayes in Larne are fantastic! I have booked 2 holidays with the ladies,1 was a family holiday of 10 and every single need was met,couldnt do enough to make sure that we got everything to detail booked. I had asked so many questions and changed things but nothing was too much for them.
My 2nd trip was for our 10th wedding anniversary and was booked through Hayes Larne by a different member of staff,yet again 110% professional and every need completed.
I wouldnt go to any other teavel company. I have friends that have booked through the Larne branch to after seeing my posts on my amazing holidays ive had.
You wont get a better service or fab deal anywhere else!
Keep up the good work Nadine the manager and all your team!

By far the best travel agents that I have ever used. We booked Turkey for Easter and unfortunately due to COVID it was cancelled. The manager kept us updated and the money was refunded quickly. Their facebook deals are phenomenal and I can't wait to book my next holiday through them. 5 stars doesn't do the team justice.

I just want to say that Hays travel in LARNE is wonderful. The 2 sisters , Daniel & Nadeem are the best , if it had not been for them helping us with everything we would never had considered travelling at this time. We will never go to anyone else, they are a wonderful asset to the business the owner are very lucky to have them, thanks agin Diane Allen & Dessie Hill

The manager at this branch is very rude and not helpful. Currently Hays are trying to get out of refunding us money because the Manager does not fully understand time zones. ABTA have been contacted and are currently investigating. DO NOT BOOK HERE they CANNOT be trusted!!

Enquired about 1 of their deals for 4 girls and had it booked immediately. Reassured by the covid cover insurance and even got a terrace upgrade. Lovely service
