Excellent place to buy your caravan, new or used, and anything caravan related. Bought ours here and have been getting it serviced regularly. The staff are always knowledgeable, competent, professional and courteous. Nothing is ever a problem and I find them very straightforward to deal with. They also have a well-stocked camping shop. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very poor customer service almost confrontational. After spending hundreds through service original reported issue unresolved and new issue they potentially created. This attitude was despite giving them an opportunity and number of options to be reasonable. Full marks for deniability Dorvic but 0 points on customer service.

Saturday afternoon. 3 cars in the carpark. Stood at the desk beside the office for 30mins to not be served. We actually came here with the intent to purchase our first caravan. My son ended up sitting in the car because it was taking so long. Needless to say we will take our money elsewhere. I would possibly understand a half hour wait if it was during the summer and the carpark was packed. But it’s the second of April and it’s not packed… Very poor service, Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

My wife and I found Dorvic a very good Caravan Sales business to visit, with a wide range of Caravans on site to view. On arrival Ian was very pleasant and welcoming, allowing us every opportunity to explore the various Caravans on sale. Excellent experience.
