First time using Hayes. Very helpful and informative. Anything unsure of they fi d out and return call. Shannon, Kelsy, and Callum a asset to the Company. We have already book a cruise again for next year with the same cruise company.

Received email advertising Rhodes holiday from certain price for 9 days. Called into office to book it. They could only offer me 7 days and it was a third more expensive. Misleading promotion at best. Very disappointed.

My 1st stop when I am looking to book a holiday or short hotel break. Staff always welcoming, polite and more than happy to help. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for holidays and foreign currency.

Booked the Kiev & Chernobyl tour almost a year in advance and when I arrived in Kiev had to wait 1hr with soldiers at a border checkpoint because I had not been informed to download there Vdoma covid tracking app, the app would not work because at the time I was filling it in Hayes travel rang me to tell me an hour after arrival my hotel was closed so long story short I waited 2 hours and paid my way into the country. They then offered me a hotel but further out of the city but I took it, my transfer from the airport they organised was long gone so I paid out of my pocket a taxi and mid journey another phone call that I would be in a different hotel but now a shared bathroom which I refused as originally I had paid for a high standard apartment. I then reached my destination in the taxi and nobody rang me for 30 minutes so I walked around Kiev with my suitcase for 30 minutes lost, they then put me up in another hotel 40 minutes away and I had to walk getting directions of locals as my sim on my phone was not supported in Ukraine. ( Also now have a £70 phone bill from this journey and I only was on the phone with this company). The last thing the company failed on again after I emailed to confirm it was coming was my transfer to the airport which never came and again I paid for myself. Really poor travel agent just go elsewhere.
