I had a recent trip organised by my work using the services of this company.A very big mistake, they have let me down and when I called the out of hours number, the agent that picked up,johnny, seemed very irated for disturbing him and started arguing with me that all it's been arranged and paid for but in reality it has not.To boot, he was blaming everyone else instead of accepting responsability and resolve the situation.A humiliating experience for me and would not use again or recommend them.
