Highly recommend this.Gordy the skipper is so knowledgeable on the local history and identified the various species of birds that inhabit the rock formations. A highlight was the up close view of the seals. Fantastic for adults and kids.

Anyone looking for a sea fishing excursion must contact Gordy from Ballintoy Boat Tours.
I had struggled to find an operator who would answer a call or messages.
I tried Gordy and he answered straight away and was available the same evening, for a very fair price to take me out on his boat fishing.
We went out and he put us straight on the fish, his knowledge of the coast line, its history and the local fishing was exceptional. I trusted Gordy and spent the evening fishing with him off the Giants Causeway coast which is a magical to view from the sea.
There were many sea birds, caves, and island outcrops to view and this coastline is stunning.
Thank you for the opportunity to fish with you Gordy, when back that way I’ll definitely be trying to fish with Ballintoy Boat Tours again. He also taught me about salmon island and he’s families connection to the sea.
Don’t miss out on this experience you will not regret it! Best wishes and thanks for all the fish!
