Pls do NOT book holidays/flights with this company. They took £5,000 from us and promised we will have e-tickets within 48 hours. Now they say they only have 4 out of 7 tickets available. Made us wait almost 3 weeks and promised to resolve the issue. Now they are refusing to answer calls/emails. They keep disconnecting calls. I’ve now made a chargeback claim using credit card company to recover our money. They are scamming people. Now I will have to pay more and book new flights cos prices have increased. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Left Without a Flight and Pushed Into Debt

I booked a Finnair flight with “The Flights Fare” and had a terrible experience. After paying, it took 10 days before they finally issued my ticket—only after I began a PayPal dispute. Eventually, I discovered they had requested and received a refund from Finnair without my knowledge, leaving me with no flights just one week before departure. When I called, they offered me a new flight for £600 more.

I complained and requested a refund, but they told me it would take 10–12 days to process. With our trip rapidly approaching, we had no choice but to go into debt to book alternative flights. I’m still pursuing a PayPal refund and looking into legal methods to recover the additional funds they received from Finnair that I had already paid for seats. This ordeal was both stressful and costly, and I cannot recommend “The Flights Fare” based on this experience.

They are very professional Scammers. They charge you and then cancel your ticket. You have no control over your ticket. You simply cannot claim your money from the bank as well. Also, you cannot claim your tickets directly from the airline. I pray Allah punish them soon. We lost our hard earned money. Avoid the Flights Fare scam.

I have booked the tickets with Flightsfare, which promise "no stress holiday". Which turned out a completely nightmare, with my reservation been lost and tickets didn't been send before the flights. They accuse me that I have to call them after I booked tickets to request tickets. How stupid is this? I paid you money - your customer service called and asked if everything correct, I confirm - you send me tickets! But no tickets arrived before the time we need to go. I have called them to find out they dont have my tickets?! I have already arranged everything and here I find out we may not going anywhere. Then they promised to solve the situation asked me to call again and again promising it will be sorted in 2 h, in another 2 h and so on. They finally at 9 pm before the flight day offered me a ticket with different airline at extra cost with the wait in the airport for 13 h with my two little kids. Ok, I have no choice, paid them again. The tickets was not send again, I have called them at 11 pm, to find out there team is finished for the day. Finally at 2 am I have received tickets and 8 am we went to airport. I came earlier just in case and surprise - surprise, they didnt booked our luggage for the flight out but booked for the return. called them again, and again waiting, no solution, they asked me to pay for bags, promising to refund it. We returned on 9th August, I have emailed them few times, call regularly and still didn't get my refund! 16 Sept is now. So avoid this company unless you want "stress full holiday". At the end it was not cheap for me. I will not have business with them again. I must admit it easy to contact them when you call them, at least they pick up your calls and give promises.

This is a fraudulent company AVOID. They take your money but no tickets will arrive. They tell constant lies. They will tell you they are ATOL registered but this is also lies. You have no protection or come back as they are SCAMMERS.

Please never use this website we booked our tickets from this website and they told us to wait but didn’t send us our tickets and then if they send they send us fake tickets SO BE CAREFUL AND DON’T USE THIS WEBSITE
