Since working in the schools I've gained lots of experience. Which has now landed me a full-time job. I am a supply teacher who has worked with Vision for about eight years. During this time I have also worked with several other agencies. Vision has consistently been the best agency to work for on a number of aspects. The amount of work they have been able to provide far surpasses other outlets. Vision are able to find you work pretty quickly. It is an easy process once you have sorted all paperwork etc.
However as you will be working within a school setting be prepared to not have any work during the school holidays, which means no income for that duration.
The pay is reasonable but other agencies do offer more money. So it can be frustrating when you are doing the same job as other agency workers who are on more money than you due to being with another agency
