Two weeks prior to our scheduled collection date, we specifically requested a Ford Transit sized van and made it explicitly clear that we did not want a Mercedes Sprinter. Despite this, when we arrived to collect the vehicle, we were provided with a Sprinter van.

This substitution caused significant issues. The Sprinter was too large internally and did not fit on our driveway, which disrupted our plans and created unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, there was no apology or explanation from your staff at the time, nor was there any attempt to resolve the issue or offer an alternative.

We were charged for a vehicle that did not meet our requirements, and the lack of customer service was extremely disappointing. This experience has left us with no confidence in their service and we will not be using this company again.

We expected an apology or a refund or partial reimbursement for the inconvenience but instead we received a blank look.

Just returned a van after a 24hr rental. Great service, superb price. The van was utterly reliable, not the newest and was a bit bashed here and there but that's not an issue as they didn't seem bothered if it had the odd scratch but obviously we returned it as it was given to us. I had no issues with the van being a little "used" as the price was very competitive.
Really accommodating re times I wanted to rent it for etc.
Will definitely use again next time I need a van.

Weekend van hire was reasonably priced and staff were helpful. Although the van had lots of damage this didn't bother us as it was clearly marked on the paperwork, it wasn't until we found that the key for the back door was broken that we were advised that this could not be locked, this was an issue for us as we were driving an almost 800 mile (14 hour) round trip with no way of securing the stuff (all of our dads possessions) in the back of the van. We were told that this was normal and that raising the tail lift would stop people getting in, but this isn't the case, you can easily lift the roller door while the tailgate is up and all it takes is one person to jump over and the van can be emptied. This means that we couldn't leave the vehicle unattended at all which was hugely inconvenient and meant that we couldn't stop overnight as originally intended as the contents would be vulnerable.

If you're planning on renting a Luton van and leaving it anywhere, I would look elsewhere unless you don't mind leaving the back unlocked. It's a shame as this review would have been 5 stars had the lock worked.

Used 3 Ways twice now and each time it was with their weekend deal for a Luton van. Each occasion was faultless, very professional yet laid back which was refreshing after using some of the national rental companies. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the van was just as I had hoped. Will definitely use again if the need arises

Professional, helpful and amazing family run business. Phone manner and in person polite and not rude at all. Prices reasonable with the hours available. I was able to have the van earlier as it was handed in free of charge. Vehicle was checked before and after with me present and no arguments or disagreements.

Terrible and shocking experience. When I asked one question about his van he became straight away angry and called the police. I thought even about self defense for one moment because he ( the owner) came to me in a very aggressive manner. He was rude and aggressive. He or they could be racists too. We felt it. Terrible company and shocking experience. I always defend myself and my family, always. So, I calmed him down easily and took my money back with police help legally of course because he didn't want to even give my money back. So yes, terrible company 3 Ways Peterborough, UK.

I just used a Luton body van to help my son move house.
I chose 3 Ways because their website gave me a price without needing a call back and because it seemed cheaper than the national companies. I was a little apprehensive but pleasantly surprised. The team are a family business and couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.
The van was well used but totally fine for the job.
I will absolutely be recommending these guys to friends and using them again myself. There’s something nice about supporting a hard working local family business. Well done guys 👍
