We booked a holiday with this hays store everytime we went into pay our holiday of they would either chatting each other or they would be looking at you as if you were annoying them.We decided to go to topsham to pay our holiday what a difference they could not be any different so helpful and always say hello when you enter the shop.My son went into cowick Street hays to pay his holiday of and the person who served them could not be anymore rudder if sbshe tried would not recommendthis shop to anybody I know
