I have been placed twice with Jan.B and I found her extremely efficient and professional, approachable and unassuming. Jan got all my paperwork done and dusted in no time at all and treated me with respect throughout - never felt like 'just a temp' : )

Applied for a position and was told I would be called about it the next day. Next day rolls around and no call so I call them and get put on hold before being told they'd call me back in a few minutes. Didn't receive a call back. I thought I'd try again the next day and was mildly annoyed when exactly the same thing happened. The final straw was on the 3rd day they still couldn't do it right. It's a simple task, gentlemen. One that nobody in this agency can seem to get right. If you have any choice and want to avoid getting mugged off, which you probably do as I hadn't even heard of Hays before submitting my application, avoid this agency at all costs.

Only had the misfortune of dealing with Daniel Powell and Jan Bradshaw of the Peterborough office. Don't waste your time having anything to do with these incompetents. Only giving one star because I have to.
Was looking for an accountancy position but the final straw with these came when I got an email showing me electrician vacancies.
Never contact you. You have to chase them all the time. Narcissistic and unprofessional avoid.
