I recently visited Peterborough and stopped by the estate agency City & County, where I was warmly welcomed by Arun. Although he primarily works on the lettings side, he went out of his way to help me with general guidance on buying in the area. He spent around 20 minutes walking me through the key things I should know about the local market. His insight into Peterborough was incredibly detailed — he’s without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable and helpful advisors I’ve come across.

I was then joined by his colleague, Vittorio Fiero, who offered even more advice on which areas to consider and which to avoid. He generously gifted me a signed copy of his book, which provides deep insights into property investment both in Peterborough and more broadly.

Overall, this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an estate agency.
