Absolutely shocking. Ordered a taxi for 8 people at 6pm from a hotel. Got a booking confirmation through with all the correct info. Went about our day then heading down for pick up. Taxi hadn't arrived by 6.05pm so called to chase - it had been sent to a different hotel and said this other hotel was where we had booked from. Checked emails and a second confirmation had been sent over an hour later with completely different details on. God knows where this had come from! Then spent 45 mins waiting outside, arguing the toss until 2 cars eventually arrived, one of which was filthy. Terrible customer service and communication.

Taxi booked - it arrived over 15 minutes late. Drover wasn’t wearing glasses so didn’t read our address correctly and had gone to the wrong place. Driver then tried to tell us we couldn’t pay be card and wanted cash- we called head office who sent us the link to pay be card. Whilst it was a really cheap journey it set our night off in a rubbish way- not good when you’re out celebrating. Won’t use this company again

I’ve always used Central taxis services and they never let me down, always on time and polite. I’ve recently dropped my wallet in one of their cars and haven’t realized this until 3 to 4 hours later. I called their head office and explained what had happened. Few minutes later I received a call from the driver himself and not only that, but he was insisting to bring the wallet to where I was. Very honest, decent and trustworthy person, Not only that there cars are always clean and operators are very helpful.

Avoid if you can!!! My mum(over 60) has been shouted at by one of the taxi driver's. Such an horrible way to treat your customers, mostly the oldest ones. It's so upsetting to see mum so stressed out because of some unprofessional taxi driver, who in my opinion should not have any contact with customers!!!! Worst taxi experience ever. Called the office to make an official complain and I they hang up on me, called again and the situation was completely brushed under the rug. All I was told, " dear leave it with me and I'll sort that out". Not dealt with my complaint in a professional or serious way.

Absolutely disgusting service . Driver demanded extra 10 pounds because we missed the his phone call and he had to come back after 5 mins.Even though we apologised and offered to give him an extra 5 pounds. he still kept swearing in front of my 10 year old son really badly. He used his phone while he was driving. I repeatedly asked him to stop swearing and not to use his phone and then I demanded that he pull over so we could get out. Will never use this company again. We were left stranded in Holbeach!

I used Car 10 last night and the driver was very professional with a modern and very clean car, left my phone in the car by accident at the end of the night out and the next morning he was all too helpfull with getting it back to me, great service. Thank you

I booked a taxi one hour before. Taxi was
dealayed almost 20 min, I was later to my work. This is not trust company, dont use them.
