Awful experience..... incompetent staff in the transport office. Poor spoken English, not interested in explaining how long a delay you will likely have. Just say "NO SPACE" come back in an hour!!!
If you are looking for an average turn around for loading/unloading etc... forget it!!
Pack your lunch, diner and Tea.
